Your main responsibilities:

The candidate, reporting to the Marketing Manager Italy, will support to build the marketing digital strategy of the Company at Italian level, assuring the implementation of a different range of activities.

 

In particular she/he will:

  1. Support the Marketing Manager in the definition of the marketing digital strategy through KPIs analysis of the Affidea Social Media channels; through forecasting, monitoring and reporting activities; and guarantee the relative implementation assuring the creation and ideation of the digital content as requested.
  2. Drive the web traffic generation and develop activities though SEO and SEM activities to guarantee the commercial and branding performances/goals;
  3. Manage the most common CMS;
  4. Support the Marketing Manager to analyze, set up, monitoring and optimizing web analytics, using the most popular tools (Google Analytic, Google Search, Facebook Insights, etc.) with the objective to assure correct patient targeting activities and assure their delivery.
  5. Assure a large range of digital campaign deliveries such as search, display, social, programmatic, native advertising; planning monitoring and guaranteeing their quantitative and qualitative optimization,
  6. Support the implementation of the new CRM and manage the DEM (direct email marketing) creating and managing contents, and campaigns.

 

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have the following requirements:

  • She/he holds a graduation or Master in Economical, Scientific or Humanities matters;
  • She/he has a previous experience (at least 3+ years), in Digital Marketing.
  • She/he has a good knowledge/use of the most common tools and platforms like Google AdWords, Google Insight, Facebook Business Manager, etc., and of the most common CMS and CRM tools.
  • She/he is Fluent in English
  • She/he is a proactive person, is oriented towards achieving goals, has an excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and is accurate, precise and respects the deadlines
